Meet our team

Duane P. Booth- Attorney:  With over 40 years of experience in conservatorships, probate and estate law, Duane P. Booth is dedicated to providing expert legal guidance. Having graduated from Brigham Young University in 1975, he is a father of five and has accumulated diverse life skills and experiences prior to achieving his juris doctorate, which include teaching high school and college, with a background in engineering and business administration.  He also has a great love of sports and spent years coaching soccer and basketball.

Carol Wood- Paralegal:   As a paralegal, Carol Wood is familiar with the procedures, courtrooms and many of the Judges in the San Bernardino and Los Angeles area.  She graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University in 3.5 years with an undergraduate degree and 9 graduate hours in Clinical Psychology.  She served a mission for her church in Italy and loves other cultures, peoples, and traditions.  While raising her four children in Glendora, California, Carol Wood also served for two years as the President of the Cheer, Dance, and Flag Booster Club for Glendora High School.

Rosa Anaya Barbosa - Paralegal:  Rosa recently had a beautiful baby boy is on leave as she spends time with her family.
